Meeting Point: Entrance of Tiong Bahru Community Centre

Have you ever wondered what was the first public housing estate of Singapore was like? Join the guides from River Valley High School to learn more about the rich history of Tiong Bahru. This tour will focus on the various art forms found in Tiong Bahru such as the horseshoe block’s unique architectural design, and Yip Yew Chong Murals with its interesting details. Get ready to also take part in exciting activities "mini games" such as spot the image and matching game will be conducted.

*Please note that this will be an outdoor tour, participants are advised to wear comfortable walking shoes, and bring a bottle of water and umbrella in case of bad weather. A pen may also be required as there will be activities involved during the tour.
